Then the dog read it – and he started laughing uncontrollably as well. Then I showed the dog the pictures of the signage – “It's not viewable when entering from the opposite direction - you can see that from the pictures” he barked. I said, “I know pal, these fools think they can extort money from me” Then we went for a nice walk. Anyway, if this ridiculous case does go to court, I will be asking the Court for an unreasonable costs order under CPR 27.14(2)(g). Please do not bother writing to me again. Cheers.
