DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

Yep, but a judgement on this aspect may help; or at least highlight; the issues us poor UK denizens suffer.

Probably not - but we can hope.

'we' are not suffering because of 'the issues', though some people that live within those zones are. they are entitled to clean air,

Some people want to see such vehicles limited, banned, and disposed of too.

There can't ever be a court case, thus a judgement, if either one of it's parties are known to be out of jurisdiction...

engage braincell eh? stop following the stupid guardian clickbait.

TfL (nor any council/police/body) can never 'fine' anyone (and neither can a DCA!!) , only a magistrate court can ever fine anyone on anything, but not someone living outside of it's jurisdiction.

LOL

You're missing the point - not unexpected

The issue with clean air zones is that it needs green, clean, affordable private/public transport - not fines and administration costs and profit to private companies.

The potential benefit of the EU case is political and perceptional. It actually is based on no agreement -  not that its immoral, if not illegal, but that doesn't stop the issue being highlighted as having a real world effect on the issue.

Its illegal to dump vast quantities of sewage into our waterways - doesn't stop them, nor does fines which cost them less than they save. Highlighting it every day and the resultant pressures on politicians might - this is no different.

Helpful and insightful as ever (NOT)

"Some people want to see such vehicles limited, banned, and disposed of too. "

The referenced vehicles were low emissions vehicles if you'd bothered to look, but apparently fell foul of some administrative registration process ..

... and included low emissions vehicles erroneously charged as dirty heavy goods vehicles in addition to the data breach.

I also think dirty vehicles should be banned from everywhere .. with appropriate alternatives implemented so as not to leave those who cant afford chauffeur driven Teslas  in the lurch.

.. but as expected ...
