Huge PayPal negative balance of £23k (business accounts)

Update:

The DCAs have gone quiet since November as I made no further contact.

However, I got an email from PayPal Working Capital demanding £500.

I know it is a separate product but this operates under the UK and they did mention legal proceedings on their recent email.

I'm wondering if this unpaid PPWC balance could bring the negative balances into play again?

I can afford the PPWC balance.

I even offered to pay by card but they refused.

The agent said the full negative balance needs paying and the PPWC balance then needs to be paid through a funding source on my PP account which is obviously closed.

Many thanks

P.S. Here is the email I got:"

As they are not Regulated by the FCA I would hold off doing anything and wait for @dx100uk to comment on this for you.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..
