Under the criminal justice bill now passing through parliament, people caught rough sleeping can be imprisoned or fined up to £2,500 if they are deemed to constitute a “nuisance” or cause “damage”. According to article 61 of the bill, “damage” includes smelling bad.

my question is: if trump wins and comes on a state visit and just nods off 'humming, how will they get him to pay it?

So much for a decade+ of Tory policies and Brexit built on lies which has replaced valuable migrant EU workers who we could send back if they didnt work (and any illegal migrants) and unfettered access to the largest marketplace in the world with:

Ex-home secretary Suella Braverman leads Tory right in calling for PM to control net migration

"The prime minister was warned by his right-wing backbenchers to act after the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said the population could hit nearly 74 million by 2036.

Some 92 per cent of the 6.6 million projected growth – 6.1 million people – was attributed to migration in the research rather than births."
