Initial Question before dealing with my issue

Recommended Posts

Hi all

i have used this site previously and beaten those fools at Lowell in three occasions. My initial question is does the “Bills of Exchange Act: response I have read about with regards selling to a third party, carry any weight? It seems too good to be true.

thanks

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Maybe somebody else does but it might be easier if you start off by telling us your story and put your question in context.

Also, if you have already registered on this forum and you have another user ID then let us know what it is. If you still have access to your old email address then we may be able to merge the accounts

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
