Well if they only charged those who genuinely had breached their rules they wouldn't make as much money.............

We don't actually have a template since the parking companies find all sorts of ingenious ways to extract money from motorists -most of them totally unlawful so we look at each individual case and and tailor make each response. We advise everyone to ignore them initially and this prevents mistakes being made that would allow them to realise that the person writing to them is the motorist themself thus throwing away a major stumbling block for them since at the moment they are writing to you as the keeper not the driver. The keeper is not responsible for the behaviour of the driver.

Also if you write to them they look at what you say and work out whether you are a soft touch or not.

If you could please complete the questions below we will get a clearer picture of how to avoid you having to pay anything-

generally speaking contacting these bandits is the last thing you want to do in a hurry

tell us all about what has happened and what you have .

It sound as though they have slapped a ticket on your windscreen and if so then we recommend that you do nothing until they send you a NTK through the post and that must arrive between 29 and 56 days after the date of the event.

Where was your vehicle parked,

what do they say you did wrong

when did the event occur.

If the place was near to you pictures of the signage at the site will be especially useful.

Also take piccies of the entrance to the land from the public highway

whether there are signs there or not.
