Unknown Parking Eye CCJ to old address - help

Why are P eye So,

I'm in a DMP with stepchange who have advised me to complete and N245 form and offer PE 8 a month.

 

 

My parents have offered to pay them 50 a month but they won't accept and have told me to either pay the amount they want or go back to court and pay a fee to offer them a miniscule sum.

How is this right???

You have been advised what forms you need to take this by the scruff of the neck but you have decided to drag others into this who to put it bluntly are not in a position to offer useful impartial advice.

 

so. get you finger out and fill out a couple of forms or pay them

but whichever you choose stop moaning about your lot in life, what's done is done.

 

 

Already said,

you now have the upper hand because they arent getting anything out of you at the moment and you may well end up with a victory over them and a couple of bob for your expenses over all of this.

you ask for advice,

precise advice is given by more than one poster,

we cant force you to take it.

 

 

If you prefer the advice from Stepchange,

who make money out of your debt,

then take that option

but you will never clear the CCJ

 

 

wheras this way,

even if you lose to PE anyway

as long as you pay the money in the time ordered by the court the CCJ disappears.

 

 

I bet Stepchange didnt tell you that.

Do you get an info book when you become an admin on the site on how to eye roll and add sarcasm?

well go to the other sites and eventually find the same answers...sorry

 

you need to vary it and if you are on low income it will cost you nothing form ex160

 

cant understand why its taken you this long to do these things??

you'll have bailiffs at your parents door soon if you do do SOMETHING.

 

you were first told how to deal with this on the 24th april.

 

why didn't you do it then..

I can't offer any specific advice but please take on board what I am saying.

 

People on this site over the years I have used it have kicked me up the backside on more than 1 occasion.

 

Thanks to actually doing what they have said I have successfully avoided having my house repossessed and won more than 1 parking charge.

 

A lot of people who offer advice have been there as well so talk from experience.

 

Please take their advice.

It's always heartening to know that people come here to...

 

Ask for advice.

Choose to ignore it.

And then come back to complain that whatever situation they were asking for (and then ignoring) advice about hasn't gone the way they wanted.

We are not trying to belittle you and we are happy to give advice but look for tea and sympathy elsewhere.

 

 

In legal terms sob stories are called mitigation and will get you nowhere because they arent matters of law.
