To be precise 65 days ago I ordered a custom paper cost almost £250 to be written for work and received it , the material was completely off topic and of a very poor quality. I used paypal to pay for the item but the funds came from my barclays account.

I am now past the 45 day dispute from paypal( annoyingly) but was wondering whether I would be entitled to a refund by barclays (I have a personnel account). On my statement the transaction will appear as a paypal payment on barclays so am just wondering what the best action for me is.

Any thoughts please would be greatly appreciated

Have you asked for it to be redrafted, amended or updated?

What sort of IP paper was it?

If the paper was for your law degree, I would have thought that paying someone to do the paper would be dishonest. Passing off other peoples’ work as your own is plagiarism and defeats the object of doing a course.

text has different sized font and look untidy

In England advise is a verb (a doing word) advise/advising/advised, advice is a noun. I might ask for advice or give advice.

The same with license (verb) license/licensing/licensed, but one would have a driving licence (noun).

You've left it quite a while to check. I'd personally say to ask for it to be rewritten, but since you asked someone to write a paper, and they did this, then theres not much you can do about it. Unless the paper was copied from somewhere else.
