Hi

Can anyone also give me some advise as I have been ripped off by this company too I have paid £35 in phone calls to them sent letters to be advised my money which was reduced to £25 will be refunded 2 months later still no refund and ive emailed and called and sent another letter I don't know what next to do?

Further to my last message, I contacted my bank and advised them to return this money to me, which they did,

however they will now investigate it and if it show's that I have received any services from these companies, Loan Pal or Elite loans and mortgages and they can prove it the bank will take the money back

 

 

however, I dont think the loan companies can prove it as I havn't had any services from them.

 

 

So I would advise you to get the bank to refund you as this fraud and the bank have to give it you back and the company prove that you have used there service.

 

Hope you sort it out, as these companies are preying on people already in a vulnerable position and making life harder, they should be shut down!!!
