Hi can one help with what to do with capital one who won't accept a payment plan they keep adding interest and charges but am in the finacial poop due to partner loosing a job then when he found one again things were in arrears etc... just advised them I am not able to pay the 2 months arrears but they are insisting they won't set one up until I give them a full I&E told them only a Judge can as for this and I am offering what I can currently afford. I have debts with others who were only happy to accept my offer and this debt is the lowest I have at only £300 well that's what it was last letter, I have even written but they don't answer the letters but they have stopped phoning since the do not phone me letter. :!:

My my! You lot are out of the office early! Or is it a cr@pone outing?

Suzie, make them the offer in writing and keep a copy of it, it matters not if they accept it or refuse, just pay them what you have offered, there is nothing they can do, make a note of all the charges they are adding on to the account, and don't worry about them for now, cross that bridge when you come to it.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

That is bloody good news! Dare I say it but Cr@pone have at last showed willing, and have now gone up a little in my expectations.

i hope they gave the interest on those charges and not just their usual 8% and uncompounded

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
