What fees can a High Court Enforcement Officer charge if they are unable to levy on goods?

Well, as I said, the papers given to me said £30 Judgement costs, £101.75 costs of Execution, and £773.47 HCEO fees. thats all the breakdown I was going to get. I had to pay or my stuff would had started walking out the door. £773.47, I mean this figure must be made up from some kind of formula surely??

 

You can usually challenge most of the fees they have charged for, either try and list them individually or scan your documents removing all personal info. I assume you have now paid all of this, you have 6 years to claim any overcharge or non-existent fees back.
