  • 2 weeks later...

Dear All

Sorry I've ben away for so long, I've been doing 60-70 hour weeks trying to get enough money in to keep up with my CCCS payments. Which are now a massive stretch for me.

With regards to MBNA, I may have them on the ropes a wee bit (hopefully). They have asked for extra time to address my complaints.

In the meantime I have found a "no-win no-fee" solictor who is happy to take up the fight for me.

Hope every oone is doing OK!!

S99 how is your MBNA tussle doing?

RHood is your case still giving grief from the brief?

My struggle with RBS continues but you need to see my other thread for that.

Regards

George

Hi George

Thats brilliant news as i think that it does make a tremendous difference being able to get a professional solictor to take up the fight and it has been such a weight of my mind finding a decent solictor to take on my MBNA court case !and i think it gave Restons a shock :D

Lets say i am hopeful of outcome and as you saw the barrister appointed by my solictor gave Restons some grief in court:Dso hopeing things will go well in round two,A

t moment MBNA have to comply with Judges directions by a certain date that date is nearly reached so my solicitor will be contacting me soon to discuss it he said!:)Hope your solictor gives em grief too!

sorry you having to do a 70 hour week though, and hope you can take things a bit easier sometime as you dont want to make yourself ill
