Frederickson International. They send a letter before action, then two weeks later send you a payment card, and the addresses of a local shop and post office (that both closed down 5 years ago) so you can pay them more easily.

 

Frederickson's again. They send a threat-o-gram with Mastercard and Visa logos and list all the ways you can pay them.

Even though asking you to pay pay credit card and therefore obtaining more credit to pay them is against OFT guidelines.
