Hi! I have 2 queries:

1. My mother recieved a CC PCN today because she went in 1 metre into the zone, braked, and reversed out realising that she went in and continued her journey outside the CC zone. Is this a viable reason to appeal against the PCN?

2. The PCN she received said MR X instead MRS x, can I make an appeal with that stating that they stated my mother as MR and not MRS? Will that cancel my PCN?

Please help thanks!

Hello and Welcome, Speechless4.

The only advice I can give you is to start a new thread in this Forum...

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/parking-traffic-offences/

Just copy and paste, plenty Parking and Traffic buffs in there.;)

Regards.

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.
