  2. But mr Qualter/Goulding is best friends with mr Andy Pilley owner of BES Utilities (he was pilleys best man) BES only use mr Qualter/Goulding's brokers. They harass and bombard small businesses with calls then con you into signing up to BES Utilities

  4. someone help me intervene with a contract that I was bullied into through BES Utilities. We moved into our Guest House on 1st May 2014. This was a bank holiday weekend and we were extremely busy. We were contacted by UK Energy (this is the company BES have advised us was the broker that sold us the contract) on 2nd May 2014 who tried to sell us gas & electric.   10. ow it was the Utilities and Telecoms Awards ceremony last night and BES Utilities were actually a finalist in the 'Treating Customers Fairly' award category. For some strange reason though they did not win the award on this occasion. Perhaps some of the judges had been reading some of the threads on Consumer Action Group and other similar forums. Perhaps they will try again next year and make a big thing about the fact that they are sponsoring the Blackpool Illuminations in 2014 and half the cost of them in 2015. So if you do go to see the illuminations this year at least you can be happy in the knowledge

  12. - and can't find anything. I think this is great from Andy Pilley and BES Utilities - I can't find any other supplier that has improved their renewable output. But this thread seems to focus on the negatives... it's a shame.

  14. s is the kind of altruism that is greatly appreciated here. Wasn't BES Utilities under investigation by the regulator for something other? What has been the result of that?
  15. Hi folks I have a tomlin order against me, BES utilities forced me into a corner and it appeared I had no choice but to sign it. However a judge suspects mass fraud and has asked me to provide case law wher the order can be annulled in a case like this. Can anyone help with this.

I have just managed the impossible task of getting out of a contract with BES Utilities but now seem to be some how stuck with a contract with Opus energy the address on the contract is a residential property but I have no legal right to the property wat so ever but they say I may not be able to get out of the contract I don't no wat to do they said they have requested to take over the electric at the property but it has been denied but are going to keep trying to take it over how do I stop this with no contact for the people that are responsible for the property arrrgghggh help please

  18. well we have just had an email from BES Utilities stating that they are in the process of cancelling our contract as we have no right of any sorts to the premises this took allot of time and stress but hopefully this is the end of the situation thank you for all your support and advice I would be happy to help any one else in a similar situation
  19. lease I wouldn't be allowed to change providers but when I said this to bes utilities they said they needed a lease to prove I cant change providers they are being incredibly difficult I am young and made a very silly mistake I no this but there must be some way out any ideas of what I should do I have tried every thing but we will run out of time soon far to quickly especially if they can force there way even if the current provider is told not to let them as this is wat they have told me

  23. fer much better rates, but we are not allowed to move until all debts with BES Utilities are satisfied - which I guess is why they're in no hurry to send their invoices to the correct address.
