Phoned court about hearing date, and I have to write to court manager to explain about date clash and ask nicely for him/her to rearrange it for a more suitable date. they did not sound to enthusiastic about it so I will prob end up losing a couple of days with the family, I am wondering, if this is going to cost me money with changing flights, accommodation etc can I ask for it as additional cost to be re-imbursed by Howard and his crew?

 

BTW I just noticed, I have gone shiny!!!!!

I'll be keeping my fingers crossd for you to be able to get your court date sorted, surely they will be able to accomodate you by shanging the date, otherwise I think you will have to pay to get the flight and things changed. Doubt if youd be able to claim this back though.

Lets hope that does the trick then and they change the date for you , fingers and all extremeties crossed. LOL

 

Ive just rang the court myself to see whats happening with my enforcement. Told that its gone to the bailiffs in Halifax, I thought that they would deal with it here in Runcorn so Im gonna ring the Halifax courts up soon to see what they say.

Looks like we're all at it doesnt it.

 

I fly out on Friday, looking forward to it now. Judging by the steps leading up to the villa I think i'll just be staying by the pool.

Its situated half way up the only mountain on the island , not really recommended for the less mobile.

Good job my zimmer has wheels on it. .

Yeah tell me about it. takes a time for the bodyclock to get used to it. Had a job once working continental shifts, 3 days on, 2 off, 2 nights on, 3 off, 2 days on, 2 off, 3 nights on then 3 off, was wandering around in a daze most of the time, didn`t know wtf was going on!! :D:D

Just had a thought I have applied to have stay set aside, IF I am successful in this as court decided to apply stay who do I claim my costs back from, the court or Howards mob?
