intrum / resolvecall - Old Halifax Credit Card Debt

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi,

I today received a letter from intrum advising that my debt will now be managed by a company called Resolvecall, and that they also specialise in home visits to discuss a repayment plan going forward?

I did send DCA a CCA request in 2020 and heard  nothing since.

I am certain that the debt is now Statute Barred.

Do I send the usual letter to intrum?

.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Sorry dx no that was for my OH.

I might have posted something for me a while ago for Halifax Card regarding no production of original CCA.

Shall I still forward a Statute Barred letter to Intrum?

Just checked previous details received a few years ago from Resolvecall in which I did not get any further response.

Last payment made on account was July 2015.
