Ive been going over all the spreadies and letters to see if ive done something wrong. Must be some reason Im sure of it.

 

If I have done somthin then its bound to be the spreadies ,Took me agesto get my head round., but the one I used I fially managed to do it as Its really easy. Just put details in and it does it all for you.(Thank You Mindzia).

So interesting this thread I am now hooked. I have phoned this Optima number today and got a woman saying there is no way they will pay 6 years before NI issue date even back to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) date it makes a difference of £670 and back to the first charge (DEC2000) it is £1200.15 The first letter received was on 6th July in response to LBA sent 9th June. Then letter with of no words saying full & final. How can they drag things out and then decide when the 6 years starts from. Sorry I seem to have Hi jacked your thread So hypnotised by it all

well money still in account despite Mr B telling me that he would remind them yesterday. they have had 10 days to take it out.

 

Also just been looking over my spreadies again and to my HORROR Ive just noticed that on one Ive sent to the Court that Ive missed the Account Number out and the sort code And the From date. Does anyone think this is why they are prepared to go to Court, are they going to say the claim is VOID cause Ive omitted to put these things in .

:o OMG! Surely they can`t do that to you, Overflow not after all you have been through. You could always try sneaking money they have put in your account out. (just to be safe) not that I am encouraging you to be dishonest or anything like that. I suppose that they could always sue you for it in the small claims court, and you could throw the same c**p back at them that they have been throwing at us.

Seriously though I hope that they do not, I`m keeping everything crossed for you.

How are you? I really cant see what difference those small mistakes are gonna make and I still think they are trying their best to make you cave in. Monday not far away now and you will know for sure but I really cant see them putting a defence in, fingers crossed xx

p.s. Remember on Tuesday, I was told that my claim WAS goning to court and that they DID NOT pay out for 6 years anymore, then by Thursday they were paying me in full!! Mind games Overflow, thats all it is x

Hi overflow, sorry not been online to give you & sanand support, my step-son's managed to get an old "throw-away" comp, from work, so I've been busy clearing a load of Sh*te from it. Just gotta get online in morning, & then hopefully, after a few tweaks, it'll be finished.

Anyway, back to the matter in hand. I've had a read of your thread, & I totally agree with what sanand says. I got a letter from court, telling me that haliprats was going to defend, & 2 days later my money was sitting in the account. So, please don't worry about it, 'cos it's just another tactic of theirs, in the hope that you'll change your mind, & drop the court case. Stick to your guns overflow, besides I don't want to be going through all this pain for now't, tha knows!!!!!

Hi Guys.

 

Well only got till Monday to file their Defence now.

 

I just hope leaving those details out of the papers I sent in doesnt do any harm.

 

Cant lose just on that , a mere technocality, not now:eek:

 

Have I got to ring the Court on Monday, to check if they have or not .I think I have.

They have till 4 o'clock I think but the only thing is that my Local Court closes at 4o'clock and then that particular part is not open till Wednesday.

 

Do you think that I should have notified the Court that they have made me an offer and paid it into my bank (even though I sent the letter of Rejection and have not touched it).

 

I dont know why they couldnt take it out straight away , they have had 11 days , How long does it take ,they put it in in 1 day.

 

These next couple of days are gonna drag but Ive waited this long so a wee bit longer wont hurt.

Checked again today but the same old story. Money still in my bank.

 

Just hope Ive done everything right. Im claiming from Dec 1999. I know the Haliprats are sticking to their guns over this, saying I can only claim for 6 yrs, Im begining to have doubts now.

 

I am right are'nt I,there have been people who have claimed over the 6yr limit ?

 

Im being honest Ive a feeling its all going to end in tears (MINE)

 

I would hate for it to go to Court and for me to do the bundle and everything then have the Judge turn round and say "Oh Mrs , Youve got this all wrong. LOL (him). You cant claim at all so pay up youve been wastin our time":eek: .

 

Tomorrow is the last day for them to defend, Will they or Wont they.

 

Then I guess its Judjement time if they dont. Must read up on how to do this.

Hiya don't fry your brain reading too much it will drive you insane! i am sure i got told that they allow the bank a days grace to file which i myself don't think this is at all fair (check with ssl i think it was her that told me) they filed their intention to defend at the last minute by fax something like 3.15 pm!! talk about pushing it, when they had the 14 days to acknowledge my claim they did it the day after so they really had 15 days , i bet your so stressed you poor thing all this worrying can't be doing any of us any good at all!! hope you get this sorted you never know all the money just might appear in your account tomorrow too!! wouldn't it be great if we was all on here celebrating tomorrow night :grin::grin: xx
