getting slower in your old age dar£n. ha

I believe that every case is different. Though I cant imagine Barclays would be in any rush. Ive seen cases where a claimant had settled but still had to make numerous phonecalls to the bank asking where their money is.

Barclays Bank - WON :-D

Virgin - Sent N1 form

Lloyds TSB - waiting for court case to end

Egg - WON

Barclaycard - statements sent for

Halifax - statements sent for

I called her bluff and said did she have a date through for my case yet. Even though i didnt. She didnt ask if i did either. she just said "oh i want to settle your claim before it goes to court can you call back in a couple of weeks im really busy" i said ok then.

After i came off the phone i thought no if there going to pay up they can pay up now ive been waiting since Nov. So called her back and she said ok ill call you later she did and offered the full amount. It was that easy:)
