i have been going through the process since summer last year and finally today i learn (via a weekly txt from the bank) that lloyds have paid up in full on tuesday directly into my account it was over. the court date was set for 25th april and i have received no correspondance about this payment, as i said the first i knew was the txt this morning.

obviously i am extatic about this :D as i was getting just a little worried (slight sarcasm) about going to court but shouldnt they have sent a letter or something as i have stopped using this account and transfered all nessasary bank stuff to rbs.:|

Congratulations - seems to be standard that they pay up before you get a letter....you will probably get one in due course.

Enjoy the money :)

Please note that I am not a legal expert and all advice given is without prejudice and is purely my opinion only.
