Thought you might be interested in this thread also?

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/natwest-bank/84079-unknown-thousands-my-bank.html

It's about someone in the opposite situation.

They had Thousands of pounds deposited into their bank account which they knew nothing about?

When they quite honestly and openly brought it to the attention of the Bank, the Bank's attitude was in short "...it's not our problem" ??!!

Perhaps Bankfodder, and your journalist may be interested in this also, as further evidence of how the Banks can often transfer money about without any justification or authority, and then deny any knowledge, or fail to be interested in investigating or dealing with it?

Hi,

I've got a claim against RBOS too, the bank have put in their defence and I have been asked to complete an allocation questionairre which I should return to my local county court. They have asked me one question which I need really need help with, they have asked that I 'specify the clause(s) pursuant to which the charges were applied'. Sorry if I seem a little dumb but can anyone explain what this means?

Thanks.

Thanks for your help - I'll let you know how I get on. It's all a bit daunting at the moment, I didn't think it would go this far, I'm only claiming just under £2,000 for goodness sake (peanuts to the RBOS)!!!!

Sparkie, if you're concerned about the implications for the site, why don't you create a webpage about it Tom Brennan style and link everyone to it.

I would think it would get a lot of exposure.

I for one would be interested in the whole story and I think a lot of people would.

Sparkie - If you can file this complaint against RBS, and keep it going despite their best efforts - you can do anything!!!

I spend far too much time on this site now reading about everybody's journey!!! I gues am just nosey!

Sparkie i think it would cost you more to set up a pay scheme like that. What you could do it have a donate link and just hyperlink that straight to CAG.

I was thinking about what you were saying re content. If you have it written up in word, then publishing it would be a piece if cake. Create a chapter structure, either on a time line, e.g. 1998-2005 then a month/week/day listing of what has happened. If you have an scans of documentation you can link that in, emails etc. The structure means you have have a content listing for navagtion. I have published a couple of website and then bit i found most difficult was the content, which you have. Structure is a walk in the park.

Keep up the great work.

StyX

p.s. If you need any help with creating a site then please feel free to count of me for any help or assistance i can provide.
