Hi, I've got a claim against RBOS too, the bank have put in their defence and I have been asked to complete an allocation questionairre which I should return to my local county court. They have asked me one question which I need really need help with, they have asked that I 'specify the clause(s) pursuant to which the charges were applied'. Sorry if I seem a little dumb but can anyone explain what this means? Thanks.
