Winter Fuel Payment

Has anyone had a letter about this? It says on mine I will get £500 but not when! I get a state pension and pension credit,  does the £500 include the second half of money just about every is getting, just over £300?

I am confused ( dont take much lol ! ) Got the letter about 2 weeks ago and nothing gone in my account

This may help, Sandy. It says the amounts will be paid in November and December.

looked at that HB but is does not state if it includes the payment most people are getting, I got my first one in July, the letter does not really explain things, just looked  at it again and it does say £500, but not if it includes the £300+

Winter fuel payments are separate to what the Government announced recently, where the energy companies are paying amounts due to recent sudden increase in costs

Winter FuelPayments are beginning to drop into bank accounts now with most payments made automatically in November or December. Don't worry if you haven't received yours yet, you should be paid by Friday, January 13, 2023. If you've checked your Bank and haven't received anything by the January date, contact the Winter Fuel Payment Centre.

We got similar letter 

Told that we would receive £250 each bit that would include cost of living payment so are we receiving £200 net between us
