point being the instructions have come from Capstone via SPVs, its this fundamental relationship(stated in all SPV accounts), that keeps Capstone alive and repos you. QUOTE ITBG

Good point capstone take direct instruction from the spv through the administration contract not from the legal titleholder on paper.They(capstone)must have written authorisation from the legal titleholder to take repo action against you.Where is it,fully challenge it and ask to see the written authorisation because the court will just take their word for it.Yet another case for disclosure.

LC'S got me thinking round the clock again am even starting to dream about it now.

would it be possible for everyone here, to list direct telephone no's of all the investigating bodies, CH, CIB etc within their signatures. Reason being, gives new and old caggers, direct access to status of JAWs etc., and to speak to those who can directly answer their concerns.

 

I can provide all the direct tel#s, but they need to be a part of your signature. Anyone?

sorry i'm being lame;

 

1. Copy the post above, all or just the text&telephone# parts

 

1. Go to User CP at top of page

 

2. On left handside- go down to settings&options- see 'EDIT SIGNATURE'

 

3. Paste into signature box and press submit/review signature

 

4. Ask EiE, how you keep the signature on every post, i'd like to know too.

 

 

hope maybe everyone can get some direct answers. this thread gets thousands of views, maybe a few hundred viewers who call & complain to these folks, will help finish off the JAWs..

I managed to do the above but still don't know howto keep signature on!

 

Figured it out...when replying to post there is a check box that says add signature,make sure the box is clicked

Same here. When I made my last payment the person at Capstone even asked me what the most convenient date was for my next one and suggested paying off my arrears at £10 a month, without my having to make much of a struggle. It always used to be fixed on the 1st of the month. I ended up congratulating her on her politeness and helpfulness.
