Hi Guys,

I had a similar problem recently. to casshern at:

The same carpark company has contacted me claiming that if you stay over 90 minutes you have to pay for the entire stay. This was not made clear at the time and there was no signage that I could see stating this.

The company has subsequently put up additional signage to make this clear but they are still trying to recover the money from me.

I have some photographic evidence but it is a close up of the unclear signs and not a wide-shot of the payment machine area, where the new signs are now displayed.

Does anyone have any pictures of carpark from 2019/early 2020 that I could use to aid my case?

Or, any other advice?

I really dont want to pay this ticket as it is unfair but just need to make sure my evidence is watertight.

I could also do with speaking to casshern directly to discuss the issues they had and see if we could share photos of the car park to help each other in our fight.

could you please complete this:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

your description of the terms mean that you would then owe them about £2 so they cant be asking for money fro a breach of contract.

If the signage has been replaced photograph the new signs so you can read the new terms as that will show that the old signs are different and that will be enough to persuade a court they were either confusing anor deficient or just plain wrong.
