Jolyon Maugham is also investigating the price paid to Computacenter, owned by a Tory donor, which appears to be too high. Some of the laptops have arrived without the sound facility which means children can't participate properly.

Looks like they have just sent out any old thing without checking it properly, or just installed Windows etc, without making sure it all works.  Windows 10 is a pain sometimes, maybe the laptops areen't powerful enough to run it either.

 

Then there is the question of the Internet access. a whole other potential world of pain for poor families..

I agree to the first couple of paragraphs in the Johns Hopkins article that the vaccines have been tested with a particular interval between the doses.

 

I said already that I don't agree with messing with the timings and worry that the benefit of the first dose could be reduced or lost completely if it isn't followed up at the right time. I can't remember where I read it yesterday but I saw a headline that Israel has found covid cases after people were vaccinated the first time.

and who voted as a decidedly overweight whole to leave British children hungry,

STILL claim that its age and obesity, not their own policies and practices, that have generating the 'world beating' British death rates.

 

Perhaps they are leading up to claiming that them voting for children to go hungry was part of the health drive to reduce the childrens risk of catching Covid? Wouldn't put it past them.
