Thank you mikeymack2002. I've just had a read, so annoyed that they are still perusing even after proving disibility and POPLA siding with them. I'm waiting on what happens 22nd May. Hoping the cowboys get wound up

They will be out of business in a weeks time so it will all be water under the bridge soon.

If they do keep this business afloat then they will be working for the taxman for a good while to come.

 

So much wrong with this demand it wont get them anywhere other than in another judge's bad books

Oh lol it basically says that ukpc can't be part of the BPA. All tickets are void, any debt letters needs to be sent to hmrc and they can't be used as assets because they aren't proven. I'll try and put it back on

Hmmm.. Not so sure that that isn't just 'wishful thinking' at the moment. The Winding Up petition isn't heard until 22nd, so the BPA probably won't want to hoist them out just yet. I'd be very wary of that sort of advice. After all, they might surprise everyone (including HMRC) and pay the bill ohmy.png
