The consent is drafted and put in place by the sols...once you have negotiated the finer detail...which is normally done over the phone.

We could do with some help from you.

Hi Andyorch,

I have spoken to my wife and she has very reluctantly agreed to arrange a settlement with them. Where would I find a template letter to set the wheels in motion? I would rather keep as much as possible via writing as I do not trust them at all. Thank you again for everything you people are truly amazing.x

As already stated its normally done by telephone initially...they may not agree to a consent. If they do then simply send them an email with your proposals...no templates as such.

Also I find telephone catches them off their guard and not reciting a script...simply ask for the person dealing with claim number xxxxxxxxx and ask if they would be prepared to settle this by way of a Tomlin Order.

Ask what figure would they consider or you offer a figure under a monthly payment as a full and final settlement ?

We could do with some help from you.

so you phoned them?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
