DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi

As well as filling out what Dx has linked you to, can you confirm that when you sold the car, you informed the DVLA and got a receipt to state that you were no longer registered as the keeper?

The dates on this are important as if the date of the incident is after you sold the car, Gladstones (a laughing stock in their own right) are chasing the wrong person after getting details passed via the DVLA.

In answer to you first question. Ignore or not. It now depends on the situation at the time.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor
