You will find out at some point, why i think Corbyn and some of his supporters are very bad news for Labour, as well as the country.

When Corbyn was first elected, i too was pleased to see some areas of policy being talked about. E.g i don't agree with energy, water or train services being in private hands and should be in public ownership. I also agree with some of the economics e.g borrowing for investment.

BUT, i don't agree that Corbyn is capable of leading a party in 2016, as it needs someone who can reach out to the whole country. He is only speaking to people who agree with him. It is the momentum people who are recruiting members and they should worry people, as to what their motives are.

Some of the nasty politics being conducted by Corbyn supporters is putting off many Labour MP's from getting involved. When a female MP is unable to hold constituency meetings because of threats being made, then you can't expect them to support a leader who has attracted some of this nastiness.

We could do with some help from you.

I do not follow any Political Party but I would never vote for Labour even if we were made to vote

All the parties are the same, full of hot air and about as much use as a chocolate tea-pot

Corbyn and his sidekick McDonnell are IMHO not going to help Labour get elected !

Yep.

Here is my summary of what has happened.

Corbyn, McDonnell and about 30 other Labour MP's from the left who hate Blairites have sat on the backbenches voting against their party for years. These 30 or so people have always had support from some Union leaders, Socialist Workers Party, CND, Militant tendency etc.

After the May 2015 election when Miliband resigned, Corbyn did not have enough Labour MP's to support him standing in the leaders election. In their wisdom some other Labour MP's were persuaded to nominate Corbyn as he had no chance of winning.

Momentum, a far left organisation with links to other Socilaist groups, managed to organise grassroots support and increasd membership to support Corbyn.

Corbyn wins leadership contest after Labour has been taken over by the left and he won't resign, because he has had 30 years of seeing the party move to centre left politics. Momentum have taken over in many areas of the country and are running Labour locally, trying to undermine Labour MP's who don''t support Corbyn.

Corbyn does not have the support of over 200 Labour MP's in the HOC and cannot fill all shadow ministerial positions. Labour MP's who don't agree with Corbyns policies can hardly be two faced and pretend to support policies which privately they are against.

Corbyn cannot win an election because his politics won't be supported by over 10 million people. It is therefore just a protest movement, supported by a few million at the most.

If Labour want to win an election, either Corbyn resigns or Labour needs to recruit many more moderate members to defeat Corbyn in another leaders contest. For this to happen the 200 Labour MP's against Corbyn have got to start campaigning for members, by forming a separate grouping. Or they form a new centre left party with Lib Dems and others, to take on the Tories to try to stop them winning a landslide.

Labour party Mps did not elect him as leader, the party membership did. Be those members left, right or centre ground. How can you say the labour party has been taken over by the left when it has exaxctly the same Mps as before the leadership elections with the same political ideals?

To say the majority will not support Corbyn is unfounded as that is personal opinion only. That will be decided at the general election and history will record who was right

The Blairites have lost the last two general elections

Exactly the same rhetoric was banded about with the SNP. That is until they wiped out the labour party in Scotland. People are desperate for change from this tired political system of us and them

You are forgetting that Corbyn only got on the ballot originally because Labour MP's nominated him. He had to obtain over 40 nominations. People like Dawn Butler nominated him, even though she would not vote for him, because they wanted to see a candidate from the left of the party take part in the leaders contest.

No Blairite stood in the last general election and this is rather typical of Corbyn supporters to describe any Labour figure who doesn't support Corbyn as a 'Blairite'.

Labour are finished and good riddance to them.
