capita all over sadly

that's what they do with CTAX debtors too..

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Crapita, Atos are as bad as each other, One of those who were saying it was wrong of them, was wrong too, he referred to the claimants as patients , when the reality of these F2F farces PIP and ESA

we are not treated or regarded as the patient , and they are not clinicians therefore are not observing the Hippocratic oath , but they still have a duty of care or should have,

This documentary just confirmed what we all knew previously about the companies given multi million pounds contracts to assess the sick. People being assessed before they even get in the room, ( '' he's only got one leg so he is not going to be faking that ''), trying to increase the throughput to meet their goals and increase performance bonus by reducing the time for asessment. To see the behind the desk scenes shined a little illumination, it has to be said though that I am sure there are decent workers who do treat their clients with compassion and respect.

Yes any DR or nurse take this oath,http://patient.info/doctor/ideals-and-the-hippocratic-oath

ATOS & co should be banned from wanting DR's Nurses to work in a way that goes against this oath

No, they don't (have to take an oath)

Doctors registered / with a licence to practice in the UK have to abide by the GMC's good practice requirements, and likewise nurses the NMC's requirements.

No oaths, but serious breach of those practice guidelines could see the professional struck off.

Well going by what the GMC 's good practice they fail to Make the care of your patients your first concern. Just how do they get around this when doing ESA /PIP assessments oh we aren't patients , So they aren't a doctor then ? if so they shouldn't be able to use their experience ,and their report should count for nothing ,
