I am really annoyed with ukmail.

After asking for them to leave a parcel with a neighbour as I was at work

they left it in the garden in full display of everyone.

When I get home I found a card stuck in the frame of my front door but no parcel! STOLEN!

When I phoned them I am being continually fobbed of with "someone will call you back"

I have e-mailed them and received an e-mail back saying they have received my complaint

then 2 minuets later I received another e-mail saying your case has now been closed!

After phoning back for a 4th time I was asked to phone back in 90 minuets!

they close in 70 minuets!

can anyone help as I'm really frustrated.

Who sent the parcel? It is up to the sender to take this up with UK Mail.

Inform the sender you have not received the parcel - no need to explain any further! If a commercial package ask for a replacement or refund. You do not need to get involved in any correspondence 'table-tennis' except to confirm you have not received the parcel.

It will be interesting to see how UK Mail can prove you have received it!

How do you know that it was left in the garden ? Did they state this on the card ? Or is that what you were told by them ?
