I am really annoyed with ukmail. After asking for them to leave a parcel with a neighbour as I was at work they left it in the garden in full display of everyone. When I get home I found a card stuck in the frame of my front door but no parcel! STOLEN! When I phoned them I am being continually fobbed of with "someone will call you back" I have e-mailed them and received an e-mail back saying they have received my complaint then 2 minuets later I received another e-mail saying your case has now been closed! After phoning back for a 4th time I was asked to phone back in 90 minuets! they close in 70 minuets! can anyone help as I'm really frustrated.
