usual response, answer is = Prescribed terms not present at inception = which would make it unenforceable? imagine all the prescribed terms on the back of that bit of so called paper? sure others will comment also??>?

 

This is a pre-2007 so called agreement.

I'm dealing with this for my husband

 

 

he's been diagnosed with an illness before Christmas so life is stressful.

 

 

this becomes SB in November

 

 

would like to hold off this going any further.

 

 

I would like to be prepared for the next step.

to clarify, charges from 1/4/2002 were

 

late or failure to pay £18

returned cheque £15

overlimit charge £18

returned credit card cheque £15

foreigen currency conversion fee 2.75%

 

poor try lowells:-)

they havent complied with your s78 request, the "agreement" is missing the prescribed terms, as related to your signature

 

so in breach of s61, as it stands

 

I would continue to ignore
