DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Just had something back from bpo, because I have disputed the claim they have now put the situation on hold and wrote to there clients and they are waiting for a response from there clients before getting back in touch with me. So I don't know what is going to happen until then.

You probably won't hear from BPO again, and are near the end of RLP's barrage.

Yes the last thing they all do is righteously inform you that they are passing it back to their client (thus admitting they can't actually do anything, whilst referering it back to the firm who can do even less- for if they could, they would have done it originally!) before throwing in the towel. So it's the home stretch for you.

They havent taken anyone to court. Google RLP oxford case 2012 and you'll see why. Should be the first link.

Correct. Only the people who have suffered a loss can take action. The shop!

RLP place the court 'wins' on their website to make you believe it is they that do the court claims. Erm, NO!

If memory serves me right, the last claim was July 2012 which goes to show that they are very wary of recommending court action.

The problem is that not many people realise they have rights and pay up without checking online so until the populace realises what they are up to, they will still profit. :mad2:

DCA's and RLP dont care if its a legit debt or not. They just want your money. Send the one liner, but add " I will be filing a formal complaint with the FCA"
