I bought car from trader and I was adviced to buy customer protect for 3 months. I bought the car and protection too.

I want to know weather car battery is covered or not, as it not working at all.

PLEASE ADVICE ME.

Was there any literature or signage regarding the quality of the vehicles at the premises? Some cars are sold as seen like the first one I bought and you have to just go on the fine print in the extra cover you paid for which probably would NOT cover batteries, brakes, tyres and the like. Have you had the alternater tested as, if this is the fault that has taken the battery out then this would normally be covered by protection policies. If there is anything stating how 'good' their vehicles are then you might have a case even without the policy you paid for - best to check with the local council trading standards department as they might already be aware if the garage promises the world but delivers scrap metal.
