Hi

Hoping that someone can help. I am trying to complete my moneyclaim and wondered what address I should put down for HSBC. I have sent all other correspondance to Colin Langdale at Leeds. Should I use this address or is there a central one?

Thanks for your help

Hi Sally

The recommended address from what I have read i over the last couple of months is their Head Office - this is the address

HSBC Bank Plc

8 Canada Square

London

E14 5HG

Do not put Colin Langdale's name on the claim, its the bank you are suing not him.

Good luck

Caroline

I used the address that all my correspondence came from - seemed to make more sense to me :D

HSBC - 2 accounts - £5016.44 - WON!

Now going after them for my husbands account - £283.30. Prelim letter sent 26th October 2006.

  • 2 months later...

I sent mine to 8 Canada Square, London. as far as I know it's a kind of HQ for HSBC !! But I don't think it really matters, when the get a summmons, they'll soon send it to someone important to deal with.

Dec 2006 - Sucessfully recovered over £3k from HSBC with much help from CAG :-D
