Yes I would go ahead now.

Keep the complaint concise and to the point,

list your grievances in a logical order, the tell

them what you expect them to do to remedy

the situation.

They'll probably just file it under "B" for bin - complaints procedure ? - yeah OK, too little too late, just for the benefit of the OFT - 11th hour measure. Should have instigated a complaints procedure in 2006 when the company started active trading. Wool over eyes comes to mind !

One of the biggest mistakes companies make

is failing to follow their own CP's,it leaves the open

to maladministration charges, and unfair trading practices

now that CPUTR is in place.

Quite so Brig, but in this case there was nothing, zilch, to follow as from day one ! As I say this is a new 11th hour soft soap measure in view of thier current CCL status, as is all the new ball-cocks on TR's new website. Who are they kidding.

It was my thinking on the CCL status that maybe

the response to the complaint might reveal how

concerned the really are:madgrin:

Hi

We are moving house in next few weeks do i need to notify hfo or let them find us again ?

Did they investigate the complaint you made - and if so what was the outcome? Think it was BC you was complaining to.

Have HFO contacted you recentley and if not when did they last do so?

Hi my husband had a debt with barclaycard in 2007 they have possibly sold the debt to hfo. I have sent a sar request to barclays have recieved a statment off account with an outstanding balance on. My husband thought he had cleared all debts with a dmp but no sign of that info yet. Hfo have sent an application for the account and finally a statment off account.

They phone quite regularly and have left a couple off threating answer phone messages and dont ever try and ask security questions if do answer phone.

We had a 72hr litigation letter from them and put the account in dispute as they had not supplied relevant info at time. They then sent statment off account and have had a couple off calls since and now a schedule off litigation.

Any advice would be appreciated on were to go next ?

Did you ever complain about these threatening calls to the OFT - and do you still have the recordings?
