  1. maybe. but when i can tell you something i will. but anyone with problems with hfo just do what coledog says he has been wonderful in his helping me and been spot on. couldnt have got to this stage without him.
  2. yes there is but i cannot say what at the present time ive been sworn to secrecy at present. but looks good.
  3. i dont think bc are. but i think hfo in the absense of getting the terms and conditions from monument are still trying to obtain the money by false documents
  4. i shall be sending a recorded delivery letter to hfo asking why there are trying to obtain money from me by way of forged instruments. namely a rapid reply card that applies to barclaycard not monument and is stamped barclaycard and dated june 04. when barclaycard didnt buy monument until 3 or 4 years ago.. and the noa is concocted
  5. hfo said 20th march 2006 on monument headed paper.
  6. well i just had interesting phone call with barclaycard. it appears that monument assigned or sold this account to guess what not hfo services at all but to somebody else and guess what the date is 3 months out as well. so it looks like that hfo are tryieng to obtain money from me by way of a forged instrument namely this concocted noa. what shoulud i send to hfo. i no that i will be reporting them yet again to the oft and sending them a copy of this concocted noa together with details supplied to me by barclaycard.. coledog your comments please where do i go from here. thanks
  7. does this meen then that i take it that only interest can start when i received there concocted noa last week what about being given notice of hfo terms and conditions.
  8. i will contact barclaycard tomorrow and see if what they tell me is the same as what hfo say
  9. r hfo allowed to charge there high interest after they sit on an account for over 5 years with no correspondence to you .
  10. last payment was 11th august 2005. and noa shows account sold to hfo on 20 march 2006
  11. the letter hfo have sent me ie the noa is dated 20th march 2006 but this is the first i have known of it. there is no terms and conditions attached. they have sent another letter with it it states please be advised that monument do not provide copies of the original agreement, only provide copies of the reply card which holds your personal details, and signature to which show you agree for the monument account..... the reply card card they refer to does not mention monument it is a request for a credit card on 21/06/04 and was supposedly returned to me with barclays stamped over it and dated 23/july 2004. but no terms and conditions.
  12. i have a thread for it but cant find it.
