also on the agreement which i have but link cant produce there was PPI should i be really cheeky and put a claim in ,but im worried that might flag up the fact that i have the original agreement and might go against me ?

 

There are various ways of knowing if PPI has been added without referring to the agreement. IE Statements.

As Donkey says dont push your luck with the PPI, the court have struck the claim out so they cannot come back for a second bite of the cherry.

 

Why have they sent you a tomlin order when the claim has been struck out - this I dont understand. Why would you pay on a claim that went nowhere.
