Hi To All

Well Well Well, Last Nov I cca'd one dca re tsb acct no response etc, then I got hassle from Lowells then another dca.

Over the last few weeks I have had calls from Iqor to which I told ' everything in writing please '

Today I recieve a letter from Iqor.

DOORSTEP COLLECTION NOTICE.

Your debt to TSB has been passed to us for collection etc, we plan to send a person etc, blah blah.

What letter must I send as the dispute letter tends to get them to sell it on hence the dca carousel???

They will pass it on no matter what letter you send. I send the Account in Dispute letter to their Complaints Department marking at the bottom "Cc The Office of Fair Trading Consumer Credit Licence Fitness Department. This alleged debt was passed from DCA 1 to DCA 2 who are pursuing an alleged debt in dispute" and send a copy of that to the OFT.

Besides, if they are foolish enough to send anyone to your property to 'collect your doorstep' you simply tell them to foxtrot Oscar or any other French phrases you may have remembered from school, they are not qualified in any way, or legally allowed to be on your property asking you for money without first making an appointment with yourself.

So print this off and keep it by the front door, if someone does turn up, doubtful, thrust that in their hands and shut the door.

If they don't leave you property, call the police and have them removed.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
