I am trying to take Ryanair to a court in England. Ryanair is still trying to get out of it saying that Dublin should be the court to deal with my compensation claim. They will decide next week if it is possible to take Ryanair to court in England.

Hopefully that will force the small claims court to give the correct address for Ryanair as it is not listed yet when making a claim online.

See also press release of a similar case:

You can take action - but this is an IRISH firm, with no legal office within this country (or indeed, check-in desks!) so whilst you may win your action (by default, due to their non defence)), technically it will be incompetent and completely unenforceable.
