  1. It was delayed in way home to UK. Arrived a day late. I got the forms saying $40 per case . They sent the forms to claim but when it comes to uploading my information it says it’s over allowed MB. I’ve tried explaining this and asked for forms in post etc but it just falls on deaf ears. Not everyone has IT so they must have another way of sorting it, but they just stop responding to emails asking for further help.
  2. I’ve got manchester customer services email address but getting nowherewith them. That’s why I want to escalate the complaint.
  3. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue via customer services but not having any luck. I’ve asked for head of complaints but customer services refuse to give me any details. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve been trying to sort it for 10 months. Our baggage was delayed . I’ve tried to complete the online forms for compensation but for some reason it won’t let me upload anything so form isn’t accepted. I’ve told customer services numerous times my issue but they just don’t seem to understand what i am saying. I’ve asked for forms in post but again they just don’t respond. I’m at the end of my tether. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
