Tosh - am I right in thinking that BC haven't sent you the missing statements as ordered by the court?

Did you sent them an email as slick suggested?

I think it's time for you to put the pressure on BC.

Just have update on this for everyone.

First of all, Thanks to Slick, Caro and CitizenB for your help. I really appreiate it.

HC were going for a Summary Judgement at court. I am pleased to say that they have excepted an offer I made for the amount outstanding without the need to go to court. I offered them a lower amount with monthly installments and they excepted. This means that there is no need for me to go to court.

If anyone needs any information about my case which may help thiers then let me know and I will try and help, however the best people to speak to are Slick, Caro and CitizenB.

Regards

TOSH1

Don't think I can take too much credit Tosh, but I'm glad you got it sorted, and just for good measure avoided a CCJ. :-)

I hope you're happy with the outcome.

Hi Tosh,

Thanks also to Andyorch and others who have been giving great support through this case.

I'm really pleased you don't have to go back to court by reaching a settlement you're ok with.

Just keep to the agreed payments and you'll be ok.
