Well firstly I would like to say hello to everyone and state this is a superb forum which has more information then my old man could ever tell me as a child lol.

 

The reason I'm here is due to my money being taken away which I work hard for day in day out.

 

The first problem I want to look into is the PPI [problem]. I have a loan with Beneficial Finance with PPI which adds a large amount to the overall re-payment costs.

 

Next issue is the bank it’s self... HSBC. Nearly every month I receive some sort of charge and quite frankly I have more than enough. The reason being, going a penny over and being charged £25 is just outright wrong. And the fact that’s its getting worse I really need to sort this out.

 

Sorry for the rant in my ‘’hello’’ section but I feel slightly better now

That's the power of CAG, lol, you walk in here, you have a wee rant and you already feel better!!! Imagine how much better you'll feel once you get fighting back underway!

 

You need to start 2 separate threads, one in the PPI forum, call it Willie v Beneficial for example, and give us the outline of when, how much, how it was added, etc so you can get the most relevant advice. The 2nd one should be in the HSBC forum and again, brief details of your experience with them. Any questions, updates etc can then be added to each thread as the case develops.
