I can scan the images that were sent ot me but I cant upload them as my computer does not have the software to do it. The parking ticket was issued at 2:56pm and the diplay ticket was valid until 3:15pm. They are stating as it was not displayed I have to pay the fine. I have a photo of the parking sign which i will upload thirst thing tommorow.

I have not sent the orginal copy of the ticket, only a photo copy of the front and back. I was parked in the bay and in the lines but the issue is that the ticket was not displayed in the window as it had blown down on to the seat. They have sent me back ''Digital'' photgraphs of my car with the parking ticket on the window and no ticket showing on the dash.. If I'm correct digital photo's are not acceptable in court as they can be edited where as film photo's cannot. I have all the time's, date's of each occurance so far. Including time of speaking to the officer, when parking ticket was displyed on the window and the date of which I have recieved letter from them. My next step is how to appeal as they have sent me a letter for it. Do I state what I have said to the CEO as he is deniying any verble between us. I find this the most annoying part as he seemed so honest with me at the first situation of getting the ticket.

To start off I had parked off in a bay to get my hair cut but after coming out I find I have a ticket on window. Strait away I see the Traffic Officer walking up the road so I call him and explain the situation. I had bought a ticket which shows that I still had over 15 minutes left of parking but the ticket had blown on to the seat. I told the traffic officer this and he was vey helpful and made a note in his notebook. He told me to send the ticket off to the council and to say what I had told him. I waited till I recieved a letter before doing this and when I did revieve one, I sent them a photocopy of the ticket stating what what happened. Now a week later they have denied my letter and state i still have to pay as it was a pay and display. Also the most shocking part which I find awful is the Traffic officer says he did not speak nor see me when he clearly did. I have 28 days to appeal (which I will be) but I need to know what to right to back to prove Im not guilty of this offence. I belive there are templates but I'm not to sure which one will be best suited for this.. Any links or information will be greatly appriciated. Thanks Will

About a month ago I got a ticket for parking outside my house on the curb. This was on a corner where there are white parking bays on the curb. but mine was behind the cars not in a white dotted box thingy (Not sure the proper name for them) Now what I cant seem to understand is that all the way down the road cars are parked on the curb outside there houses but as mine was on a corner where they have them white boxes, I just parked behind them as there was no room. being no double yellow lines or anything I thought this waas fine. Do I have a fair case to state that all the other cars along the road are parked on the pavement regardless with and without white boxes? Also I know who gave the ticket!! Its two women in a little smart car who have a rep where I live for being jobsworth trouble makers.

Hi maroondevil52 Thankyou for your reply. I will be sending the letter of harrassment on my lunch break. I have just got of the phone to Carphone Warehouse again and they have said the relations to Fredrickson Int and them do not appear on their records Only Roxbourghe which is who I payed off and is cleared with them now. Carphone Warehouse are saying talk to them about it but Fredrickson Int. are saying to them about it. Its backwards and forwads all the time and no matter what I say to either they only give me the same reply. How can I prove to them that I dont owe them this amount? Is the best bet to send of the S.A.R letter as you said to Carphone Warehouse, asking for all the information and seeing where this amount has come from and how Fredrickson Int. have got my details when Carphone wharehouse have no relations to the regarding my acoount? Hi all For the past month or two my sister has been receiving calls from Fredrickson International. They are demanding over £250 for a phone bill which they say the Carphone Warehouse passed on. After contacting Carphone Warehouse they have told me that only £87 is owed direct to them. As the contract is in my sister’s name but the phone is mine is it getting on both our nerves. Giving as much info to you all I will state what has happened so far. Firstly: They have been ringing my house (still living with parents) asking to speak to my sister regarding this debt. This of course is getting my dad worried and he is getting annoyed with the constant phone calls and is worried the house will get black listed if me and my sister don’t comply????? Secondly: I myself have spoke to Carphone warehouse and they have told that Fredrickson Int. are not on the account to take money but also state they do not talk to them only pass the debt on. Thirdly: The debt remaining is £87 but Frecrickson Int. is asking for over £250? whyyy?? And Finally: the last call from Frederickson Int. was quite rude and harassing. I answered the phone saying that this debt is not owed and that if they want to find out proof (as that’s what they want) they should speak to Carphone Warehouse not me. She said that’s not her job to do that and that I have to get written proof.. With the female on the other ending saying she shouldn’t be talking to me anyway (but was) she asked could you let your sister know and get her to contact us....my reply was that’s not my job either, then she just hanged up... Can anyone guide me or help me on this matter and the main reason this is getting annoying is the phone calls my dad is receiving day in day out. Ok today I've rang up MotorsportVision to find out information about my track day, which was a gift from my dad as a birthday present. I sent off my voucher 3 weeks ago and was told I would receive conformation in a letter with all details. Now when ringing up to find out when I should receive this letter, she had said it was posted on the 24th September and I should of had it by now. I clearly stated I had not received any letters of conformation and when asking how long until my track day she said it was YESTERDAY!!!! They then said sorry but it counts as a no show and that if I want to do it again I would have to buy it all again (at £180) and re-book it. No way am I going to do this and in no way will I let this go as my whole family was coming along for the day out at Brands Hatch. What can I do and what rights do I have if I haven’t received a conformation letter with the details? Can someone help please as I really don’t want to upset my dad and tell him what’s happened.

Well firstly I would like to say hello to everyone and state this is a superb forum which has more information then my old man could ever tell me as a child lol. The reason I'm here is due to my money being taken away which I work hard for day in day out. The first problem I want to look into is the PPI [problem]. I have a loan with Beneficial Finance with PPI which adds a large amount to the overall re-payment costs. Next issue is the bank it’s self... HSBC. Nearly every month I receive some sort of charge and quite frankly I have more than enough. The reason being, going a penny over and being charged £25 is just outright wrong.
