Account is in good shape, current & uptodate... But i'm always going overlimit, missing the payment deadline so loads of lovely charges!! Mainly £12'ers, some £25'ers from before the OFT ruling, but we'll see what we can get back out of them... APR% started off at 39.9% and then jumped to 53.9% the first time I dared use the damn thing to play poker!!

So good people.... 1st question... This is new to me now! :D

(That said, I think we know I won't be mucked about!)

Does anyone have the address to send the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to, I don't want to send a registered letter to a PO Box....

Hope to get this ball rolling tonight! :D

Thx in advance....

Piece of pi$$ on that one mate.

You'll need to file at court as they won't pay out on letters alone, but other than that nice and straightforward ;)

I'm happy to do the Court thing on this as the Contractual is 53.9% going back to 2005

Also... Reading around now that i'm back full-time... It seems that we need "someone" to do the Vanquis thing... In the public eye if you like, or in their face if you like!! :p

Just a point on the contractual interest. The contractual interest will have to run with the interest rate applied (and obviously go up if the interest rate went up).

APR% started off at 39.9% and then jumped to 53.9%
From what you are saying it will be 53.9% but just make sure you didn't have any charges at the lower rate which then moved to the higher rate.

A reply already!

Which is quite interesting as Royal Mail Track and Trace™ says MY

letter was delivered to THEM today (the 18th). The reply is dated 2

days earlier, and the postmark is dated yesterday. Work that one

out then?!!

As you see they've sent the £10 cheque back, i'm assuming this is

pretty standard and I just put this back in B/Soc.. ?

Also, letter is signed in pen which is why i've obscured it.

Any comments...?
