  1. We all have camera phones..... if we think we have dinkd another car, or have done so... take a picture. Too many slime balls out there looking to make a quick buck or a easy repair!! (ie rust on panel)
  2. i would request a copy of the t&c's.... why use cheques and not make it a debit card loan like payday express..... same people
  3. Hi i would be looking at te loan agreement you should have. As your primary payment method is by cheque thier loan agreement must state that non payment by cheque, will result in them using the debit cardd. If the loan agreement doesnt state this, then they have committed theft, and i would report that to the bank and the police, using your loan agreement as evidence with the police, though they probably wont want to know as it doesnt concern a speeding ticket!!. I would argue with TMS the loan is for say £100+ £25 interest, therefore the only transaction they should be doing is one of £125 and not 5*£25. - you cant cash half a cheque therefore they should only be trying for the value of the cheque. Get your wages paid into a new account, as TMS will keep trying til they get their money. Also complain like heck to the bank telling them its their systems responsibility to stp payment going thru. I would be askign for all charges to be refunded. I would complain to the FSA about this.
  4. If you ring them directly, they will advise you ned to default. But if you send an email to these addrresses they are more helpful. With me after sending the email, i recieved an email back asking me to call and discuss. when i called they advised i needed to default when i mentiond i had recieved an email to call after emailling the above 3 addresses they became very helpful. if i had waited til i defaulted i wouldve owed them en extra £150 EMAIL NOW
  5. Yes contact wonga now, now tell them your circumstances have changed... Send the same email to these 3 addresses [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]. with your proposed plan - id say for you 12mths/ 6 if you can afford. You should get a speedy response. In terms of your bank account..... im afraid yo will need new account. You could go to the bank, and state you left your bank statement nd bank card in a public place and feel your account has been compromised. and ask thm to cancel the account and card, and issue you new card new account number. i would ensure they will not allow thru any transactions from the old card. if they cant guarentee this, then new accoutn, new bank.. believe me and many others... wonga will try to raid yor account, they have done it before and will do it again.
  6. Surely you have to be notified of a court date, so that you can defend yourself is need be. I think they are clutching at straws. Keep the emails and is it hasnt and then does go to court, you can show their immoral bullying tactics

Ok start keeping the message you recieve if you reply stop turn on delivery reports and keep this (its proof you asked to stop) Now contact the Information commissioner - www.ico.org.uk Also contact consumer direct, who will take details and pass to your local trading standards And if any of your messages state 100%approval complain to the Advertising Standards Agency as this company is NOT A LENDER - therfore cannot guarantee the lender will lend. www.asa.org.uk The ICO has found in my favour Trading Standards are unhappy that some messages i cant reply stop even though it says! ASA - this will be upheld! I still get maybe 1 a week, but better the 4 and upwards a day! If they dont stop once all 3 rule in my favour il threaten court action, and i will be able to show the courts i have tried all reasonable attempts to have these messages stopped, and the company in question wont, also that 3 bodies have ruled in my favour, but that the company doesnt listen to them either. ASA has already ruled last october in favour of a complainant against MASON Chase/GBCF.

Im going to take a stb in the dark here, cos the vendor is making me think here.... here goes... bgs came out in 05, adv the plate is smashed and wont fix it, vendor cancels contract. my conclusion to tis is the op states they have a service report from 05? what 06-10? not unsless they were done by a local joe bloggs!! OP can you confirm this??? when was the last time BG serviced th boiler? if you dont know.... call the they can provide the information.

  10. but remember you must notify the advisor you are recording or the call cant be used if you went to court. An agent shouldnt have a problem if they are doing their job correctly.
  11. hi, your on the right road, be firm and pay what YOU can afford. If they call, answer, or they will ring your workplace. Setting up a standing order/bill payment is the best way to go, as ddeb or debit card is simply giving them access to your account. when you speak to them on the phone, dont shout or be aggresive.... it can be hard as some of these operators are twats.... but Tell the about your financial hardship.... if you tel the the interest is to high etc they wont wanna know.
  12. they never asked me for and i&E give them one but dont mark down who you owe. so if you have 4 payday loans call them payday 1,2,3, and 4. Thats all they need to know.
  13. Very tricky one.... Your friends dad could report the fraud to the police which the son could get done..... Wonga could report your son for fraud, if they didnt get their money. Yes their systems didnt pick it up..... but if dad okays him to use card, then their is no comeback on them..... 2 questions... do father and son have the same name??? Did daddy not check his account. obviously daddy has a few bob, that it took him a while to notice. Think daddy needs to teach young lad a little lesson, and ask for for £2k back!!!
  14. Ok so another wee update.... Trading Standards South Lanarkshire/Chester are now dealing with this. ASA are now in possesion of the 'misleading' text. I assume il hear back from ASA in the next 4-6 weeks, as they will attempt to correspond with GBCF, but i suspect they wont get an answer!! Il update when the ASA make their ruling!! Which i can only expect the compaint to be upheld.

When it cae to default day with me, the companies while maybe getting money by other means will still try your card numerous times. each month i even get textes from LENDUK saying im in arrears until the get their arses into gear and look in their suspense accounts, at which point they find the payment...... So even though your on plans still be prepared for the fone calls.
  16. Thats fantastic JOJO, another result for the punter!! Ihave 8 loans on payment plans.... 1 finishes in may the rest in July!!! How rich il be in August when im £650 a month better off!!
  17. Entrapment my arse.... i wouldve asked him is he knows the meaning of it! I would let him take me to court, and then ask him why they wouldnt accept a plan unless i paid one mths more interest, thus increasing my balance!!! that seems responsible lol my arse! Start emailling them requesting the plan. Keep the monney aside, and stick to your guns. Payday express was the thorn in my side, but i got rid off them within 2mths.

  20. Tough cheese on him i think. With most dealers once you drive off thier premises, its tough if anything goes wrong. I would ignore all letters, and if he keeps calling, id advise him to go take a walk and be quiet or he will hear from my solicitor on grounds of harassment.

The bulk of them are standing in their shops with the budget on ance once they annouce the rise in fags, bang the increase the price straight away. Although 1p isnt much, we didnt expect it. Happy though he has scrapped the duty accelarator that labour brought in. petrol/diesel needs to be regulated better. some countrys pay next to nothing, and eventually it will lead to civil disobedience, and wars in years to come.... ie the oil at the north pole, at least 6 countries including the UK are laying a claim to it
