Just keep sending the email back, now put in the email that you have now closed that account, and to protect the repayment plans you have already agreed you require paying in details (sort code/acc number/ref number) so you can make payment. Adv them you will not be divulging your bank details to them. Keep sending this everyday until they give the details... they will eventually. If payday loans is your only debt/worry at the moment, you can do this yourself. Plenty of people on here will help. And when you get it sorted, and you done it yourself, and can feel proud you tackled the problem yourself.

Ok take all the figures of each company and work out what is owed with 1additonal mths interest (pay no more than this). Request their sort code and acc number... with reference number. Keep bombarding them with emails asking them to accept a plan. Having to wait til you default is Blarney. Work out a resonable monthly payment and pay it through a bill payment from your bank acc. The fact you are now making a payment to them, makes it near impossible for them to take further action, as taking you to court would be foolish as your paying a 'reasonable' amount. Eventually they will have to accept. They have still harrass and hound.

Pre pay meter at flat, not sure what to do
ihateyes replied to Seeker2011's topic in Utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water
generally as well when you have a prepayment meter, most companies wont change you to a credit meter til you have been a customer for 6mths. -
Contact all now, advise them of the situation. Most will not want to play ball to start with. email wonga, send email to these 3addresses [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]. You should get an email back, most likely asking you to call. Call and explain you recieved the email and they will set up plan. Most prefer 3mths, some will accept 6, plead your case you might get 12. Even if they wont accept, adv debt plus 1mths intrest, request sort code acc number and reference number, and make payments. Makes it harder for them to take you to court.... as you are payng and they are being unreasonable. Remember balance + 1mths interest. no more. Good Luck and say Hello to Life....... a good friend.

\payday loan help,please!
ihateyes replied to onlyateacher's topic in PayDay loans and Short Term loans - General
How much do you owe each company? and what will you offer them... As we have mentioned some are easier to deal with than others. Never take Overtime into account when paying these bills as they wont take overtime into account (or shouldnt do) when giving you credit. I had 8payday loans. I paid payday express in 2 mths, with a lot of hassle, and am 2mths into payments plans with the rest. -
\payday loan help,please!
ihateyes replied to onlyateacher's topic in PayDay loans and Short Term loans - General
The only other thing is take their bank details, and you set up the standing order/bill payment. These companie have no need or legal right to your new bank details..... giving them to these companies is basically giving them access to your money. They may say they need your details, well sorry they dont. Good Luck.... -

Quickquid - Never dealt with, but they can be difficult Wageday - Will charge you £39 for the priviledge, but esay to deal with Poundstillpayday - again from what i read can be awkward. Pounds2d ay - not sure Speed-e-loans - not sure PaydayUK - will say you have to default before they set one up Lending Stream - not sure Wonga - send an email copying all these in to wonga [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]. They noramlly respond quickly and will be helpful. UNfortunatley if you ring them the positive repsonse is not always forthcoming The thing to remember is to be admanant and dont budge. They may say no so keep emailling, and calling... Also even isf they say no, i would ask for paying in details (s/code & acc number) and ref number and make payments anyway. Limits their course of action as your paying. Rule is balance + 1mths interest. Most companies want payment in 3mths, but usually you can push them to 6. You must tell them your financial circumstances have changed, just to try and get them interested. Telling them that your wage just cover rollovers wont interest them. I also find if you speak to them be courteous and non agressive.... til you get the payment plan, then if they hassle you after, then give a bit back... some of these fools, will be ignorant tossers -

i would second that. id call the bank and ask when during the night they do their updates, then id be ready for that time to transfer. I know wonga generally do their first collection at 5am as thats the latest time the banksdo their updates. Halifax update around 3.30am Rbs update at 2am Abbey generally 5am Not sure about the rest. I have heard ad you will read on here that even on a cancelled card they can still get the money thats why you want to try transfer during the night. You might want to do a £1 bacs payment now from your old account to new (if its with a new bank). Then on your payday (if the banks offers 24hr telebanking) then you can ring and ask them to do a FASTER payment. If you havent done bank transfer to the new account before the banks will hold your money for 1day in your account before transferring. Hope all goes well. -
Are energy consumers being ripped off?

Dont need a rocket scientist for this one... Same with petrol.... quick to put the price up, less quick to drop the price when the markets drop -
EZE Loans Broker fee
ihateyes replied to ILikeBicycles's topic in PayDay loans and Short Term loans - General
What a sh!t website.... i notice they dont have a consumer credit license number displayed anywhere on their website. Bit like Loanfinder you should be entitled to a refund if you not accepted for a loan. They may keep £5 for an admin cost. More people know more than i do, i fell for of these Scams,,, keep hounding them. They have no right. Im sure these boys need reported to OFT -
For any company to chase you for a debt, they have to prove if asked to show the money is owed. I would Sar them, and ask for all data on you, along with credit agreements, once you send this they have to put your account, though knowing this company they wont. Make sure you have no money in your debit account as they will steal. I paid £200 last month but they tried to charge me a late fee, as i never paid full balance. They said i never requested a deferral. They asked me to pay additional to cover the defferal even tho the £200 more than covered this. They adv of a charge to which i told them..... Charge me if you want... im not paying.... take me to court if you want, and then you can tell the judge how £200 doesnt cover a £40 deferral fee....... I notice they backed down on this. Time to get scumbags by the short and curlies. How some of these people sleep at night..... must not have a conscience.

Yes, these people are tossers. I paid my final payment of £240 on tuesday, to recieve a text and email on wednesday saying i was o/standing. I advised check your systems. but they then still urged i hadnt paid. I transferred £40 to buy tickets into my debit acc, to find they had thieved it. So i rang up, and explained they were a bunch of thieves nd i wanted my money back. Again i was told they didnt have my money.... me being me, i squealed down the phone gimme my money back you bunch of fu@king theiveing Bartards....and hung up. Immediately rang back and now a manager came on the phone again saying they didnt have the money. So i emailled her the screen shot of the payment going on the 15th and the payment details, surrise surprise they did recieve it.... they sent my money back within the hour but didnt even have the decency to apoligise, so i never apoligsed back. Goood Riddence express.....

New house, Dangerous boiler, Help!
ihateyes replied to JMS1982's topic in Utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water
The Op hasnt stated who did the service last year, and if so what was noted on it. Even if an Engineer spots this they wouldnt repair under any type of agreement. If its classed AT risk the boiler can remain on, ifs it classed immediatey dangerous, then it has be to capped. As corgi/gas safe regulary change te regulations, you need to find out if fluw was installed to current standards back then, and just now it may not. Also was the Flue already there and simply the boiler was replaced??? The seller has given paperwork to show the plate was damaged.... It would be hard to prove seller knew his house was a potential danger. I do agree, you need to write to BGS and i can give you an address for the customer relations. Good Luck -
Another quick update... So the ASA has been informed and now i have informed trading standards... The latest test from National cashline again say 100%approval..... then it says reply stop to stop messages, however as a mobile number no longer appears, there is no reply function for the message!! I replied stop to a message last week, and got a reply advising i would be removed within 24hrs... Recieved nothing yesterday, but lo and behold i got one today.. Thank you boys.... My day will come.

Im afraid you will need to change your bank or else you may check your account some day to find money missing even though you have agreed a repayment. Call them and email them advising of the circumstances. You will need to make repayments via bank transfer.....

This is the problem with energy companies.... they put people in debt. When you pay by ddeb and pay a set amount its goes one of 2 ways... you go into debt or you go into credit. I do feel for the energy companies here, cos they get slated for peopl being in credit (and yes sometimes by hundreds), but id rather be in credit than being in debt to them. My advice is once you pay them off, go on a tariff where you give a meter read once a month, and they will then take payment 15days later for the amount you have used. Thats what im on and it works a treat.

So just whisked my complaint off to ASA... lastest tet i got was 100%approval rate!! This company isnt even a lender!! Latest website these guys are using in lastmin3.co.uk No mobile numbers on show, and unable to reply. now states to send text to 81101, but guess what.. delivery report says pending!!!Im gonna have a field day with this bunch if/when i go to court.

Well, for the roof this house provides for homeless people, i would contact your local councillors/mp for support and help here. My question to total is if a letter was sent recorded - prove it! Also only one letter is 2.5yrs???? shocking from their point of view. I believe they can only chase a debt for 1yrs worth of energy usage. Other people will follow who will confirm this. Good luck

payday express help please **
ihateyes replied to Gers1's topic in Payday Express/Wage advance/Cashtillpayday
i would advise your bank u believe your bank account has been compromised. and they should give u a new sc and account number! -
Eon problems, could do with some help please.
ihateyes replied to thekidsmum82's topic in Utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water
I would start off by explaining your circumstances, explain you have thought this was high, and you have previously challeneged this. As they installed the wrong meter this is wholly their fault. You require a full refund of all overpayments and further compensation for overpaying and struggling over the last number of years. Other people will be along , with possibly a letter template to help you further.
