Dear all,

Following all the standard letters to Lloyds requesting for my bank charges, it came to the court stage. I applied to court via the internet, and at the last minute Lloyds acknowledged receipt of the claim. I waited a further 28 days, and they failed to put in a defence - so judgement was for the claimant. I then waited a further 7 days, no money, on the 14th day, I sent a copy of the judgement with a letter to their solicitors informing them, if they do not respond within 7 days, I will be applying for the Warrant. I have just returned from holiday, checked my account, and they have credited it with the full amount! I am as happy as Larry! Thank you to everyone who has offered advice and given me help! Roll on claim for PPI, here I come!!!

You may receive differing advice as people have had different experiences. Please use your own judgement in deciding whose advice to take. If in doubt seek advice from a qualified insured professional. Any advice I offer is done so informally, without prejudice & without liability.

I WON !!!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN .... BRING IT ON
